This site is a tribute to 30 Hillside Drive in Paramount Heights, Lakewood, Colorado.

Here, we celebrate "A Home with a View," one of the first luxury homes built in the neighborhood by the team of Lee Doud as developer and Copeland Designs as the architect.

 

Built in 1954, at the time of the publishing of this site the home remains 98% original.

We hope you enjoy this look into a beautifully preserved time capsule, highlighting the best aspects of an International Style Mid Century Modern home.

 

30 Hillside Drive is primed for Historic Designation, and now has it's 4th steward as of February 2022.
